• Nationality: Italian.
• Gender: Male or female.
• Experience: Previous restaurant experience is essential. Private household experience is not mandatory, although it would be a strong advantage.
• Languages: Italian is essential. English, French and/or Spanish would be an advantage.
• Availability: Ideally end of 2026 / beginning of 2027.
• Marital status: Ideally single, or married without children, due to the flexibility and availability required for the position.
• Cuisine: Excellent Italian cuisine is essential, with particular strength in pasta of all kinds. Knowledge of other cuisines would be an advantage.
• European citizenship: Required.
Salary Package & Benefits
• Salary: €5,000–€6,000 net per month.
• Working schedule: 6 days per week.
• Working hours: Variable and flexible depending on the employers’ schedule; approximately 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., although hours may vary significantly.
• Vacation: 5 weeks of paid holiday per year.
• Accommodation: Live-out position; accommodation is not provided. The candidate must arrange accommodation close to Monaco, ideally in Beausoleil, Cap-d’Ail or Ventimiglia.
• Travel: Mainly Monaco, with limited time onboard—approximately three weeks in August and potentially a few weekends during the year.
The position requires someone flexible, reliable and comfortable with a demanding and changeable schedule, while remaining highly professional and autonomous.
