Stuart Partridge, an internationally accomplished Private Chef with over 40 years of experience with a distinguished career spanning Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia. Born in Canada, Chef Partridge has cooked professionally across the United States, United Kingdom, Italy, Canada, France, Hong Kong, and Jordan, developing a refined, globally influenced culinary style.
He has served in prestigious roles including Executive Chef at Hotel Hassler Villa Medici in Rome, as well as Executive Chef to King Hussein and Queen Noor of Jordan, and to both the Canadian Embassy to the Holy See in Rome, and British High Commission of Ottawa.
With decades of international experience, Stuart is known for his precision, professionalism, and ability to craft elevated dining experiences for heads of state, diplomats, and discerning private clients alike.
In 2006 Stuart opened the Italian Chef Agency. A career placement service for Italian culinary professionals.
During his years as Executive chef of the prestigious Hotel Hassler of Rome. Stuart assisted young Italian chefs from his brigade in finding positions in London, Tokyo, Germany and throughout the world. Those chefs have developed to become some the finest chefs in the world.
With a passion for Italian cuisine and international placement assistance. Stuart opened The Italian Chef Agency, now representing over 3000 chefs globally.
